Buyer Beware!

March 13th, 2012|Blog|

Just saw this article from CNN.com about things NOT to buy at a "dollar store".  http://moneyland.time.com/2012/03/12/the-best-and-worst-buys-at-dollar-stores/?hpt=hp_c2#anything-with-an-electrical-cord.  I would whole-heartedly concur.  The article clarifies that an electrical appliance of any kind should bear an authentic UL listing.  Generally speaking, I would personally be leery of anything electrical being sold at the "dollar store" level.  Quality is

November 23rd, 2011|Blog|

Today we hit a milestone of sorts for Contractors Electric.  Since the beginning of this year we have just been asked to work on our 300th project.  Many of these are small residential repair or troubleshooting projects.  Some of them are medium sized commercial projects.  A couple of them are size-able commercial or industrial projects.

Thank Your Veterans!

November 11th, 2011|Blog|

I was just 12 when my brother, Frank Leuck, went off to war.  Looking back I realize now that I didn't understand even a part of what he was to face.  In fact, even when he came back and he shared what he would or could with us, it was all just wild adventures that
